All England 2012 Badminton, Thomas Cup Final, UEFA Champions League, EURO 2012, Olympics Game!
Orait let's talk about up coming event.
All England 2012 Badminton Open.
Basically, all will focusing on Lee Chong Wei to go for a bang after winning twice in a row in 2010 and 2011. With an easy path, as he will not facing any of the China's big gun such as Chen Long, Chen Jin and archrival Lin Dan up until final. Many of the fans would expect the final dream between LCW and LD. Could it be hatrik AE titles for LCW? Or could it be LD owning?
Thomas Cup 2012 in China.
What else we expect from our Thomas Cup team? We already qualify for the Final but can we become the Champion of Thomas Cup Final 2012? With the inconsistent back up shuttler of Daren Liew and Ariff Abdul Latif, all burden will be on the shoulder LCW and KKK/TBH. As usual, China would be the favorite as they have LD, Chen Jin, Chen Long, Fu Haifeng/Cai Yun plus they will fighting at their home ground. It is indeed tough for the other team such as Korea, Indonesia, Japan, and Denmark. Malaysia might only reach Semifinal as for my target :-P . But respect to Lim Khim Wah/Goh Wei Shem for the performance in the qualifying stage.
UEFA Champions League.
With the exit of Arsenal. Left only Chelsea as an English team to fight for quarter final. Of course early exit for both Manchester's club was just amazing.
Counting on Real Madrid vs Barcelona / Bayern Munich for the final.
EURO 2012.
Fabio Capello resignation was interesting to see what will happen to England next in EURO 2012. Spain will be the favorite as they have bunch of talent on their side with the player of Barca and Real Madrid. But watch for Holland and Portugal.
Olympics Game 2012.
4 years ago, Malaysia hopes was on Lee Chong Wei shoulder to take the Gold and he will be Millionaire when he come back to Malaysia as that was Prime Minister promise. But its just could not happen when Super Dan around at that time. But now, could LCW repeat the dull performance in Final againts LD? Or maybe, Chen Long will destroy LCW's and Malaysia's hope before reaching the final? We'll see....

Dalam hidup kita, banyak perkara yang kita tak tahu untuk mengekalkan kesihatan tubuh badan.. ni ada beberapa tips untuk mengekalkan kesihatan badan..antaranya..
Empat perkara menguatkan badan
1. makan daging
2. memakai haruman
3. kerap mandi
4. berpakaian dari kapas
Empat perkara melemahkan badan
1. banyak berkelamin (bersetubuh)
2. selalu cemas
3. banyak minum air ketika makan
4. banyak makan bahan yang masam
Empat perkara menajamkan mata
1. duduk mengadap kiblat
2. bercelak sebelum tidur
3. memandang yang hijau
4. berpakaian bersih
Empat perkara merosakkan mata
1. memandang najis
2. melihat orang dibunuh
3. melihat kemaluan
4. membelakangi kiblat
Empat perkara menajamkan fikiran
1. tidak banyak berbual kosong
2. rajin bersugi (gosok gigi)
3. bercakap dengan orang soleh
4. bergaul dengan para ulama
